Investment Professionals
TPG Growth's investment professionals are involved in analysis, execution, monitoring and
exit of growth and buyout investments. TPG Growth seeks individuals with a demonstrated
history of academic and professional achievement.
Associate Hiring
We hire associates annually in numbers that depend on various factors such as market
conditions and anticipated global needs. We begin recruiting in the spring, with a start date
beginning in the summers, a year later.
TPG Growth has a formal two-year associate program. Generally our associates have successfully completed
an undergraduate degree with a strong GPA, and have at least two years of investment banking
or consulting work experience.
